Free Range - Presented by the Delaware Friends of Folk and First State Heritage Park

Free Range is a Bluegrass band based in Caroline County on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Comprised of Ali Reed Quillen on guitar and vocals, Steve Quillen on fiddle and vocals, and Curt Fox on banjo and vocals, and Phyllis Dodd on bass and vocals, their sound is primarily Traditional Bluegrass, seasoned with a bit of old-time, Irish, and folk. The group's repertoire features Bluegrass standards, contemporary folk classics, original songs and tunes, and traditional numbers! Performances are authentic and engaging with a style pleasing to fans of Bluegrass and Folk music and general audiences as well.
This concert is presented by Delaware Friends of Folk and is supported by a grant from the Kent County Fund for the Arts, an organization that aims to enhance the quality of life, educate, and broaden perspectives by supporting the arts and arts organizations in Kent County. Support is also provided by the First State Heritage Park, a partnership of State and City agencies under the leadership of Delaware State Parks. Delaware Friends of Folk are partially supported by a grant from the Delaware Division of the Arts, a state agency, in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts.
