Join us for a magnificent concert. Martin Hargrove, an opera singer and concert artist, will perform a program of Negro Spirituals and American Art Songs. He will discuss how Spirituals have influenced and shaped American music. Many of you will remember Martin as a member of the American Spiritual Ensemble, who performed at DCA last September. Tickets are $10.00 for DCA m -embers and $12.00 for non-members. Children under 12 are free when accompanied by an adult with paid admission.

John Wesley Wright is known for his artistic and soulful interpretations of music from Baroque to Broadway. With a host of opera and oratorio roles, art songs, spirituals, and cabaret music in his repertoire, Wright is also a member of the internationally acclaimed American Spiritual Ensemble. Also performing will be extremely talented Salisbury University students.
