The Brandywine Festival of the Arts has been a perennial favorite for 50 years. Typically listed among the top 100 national shows, this event attracts hundreds of visiting artists and craftspeople. Although the show is juried for quality, it is not pretentious.

The two day event is a 1812 heritage festival, featuring a tour of the historic Teackle Mansion and garden, craft demos, military encampment, musics, and lots of activities for the kids. Fine artists interested in reflecting the spirit and the natural beauty of Maryland’s Lower Eastern Shore are invited to participate in the show, held in conjunction with Olde Princess Anne Days. The show is limited to original two and three-dimensional art.
