American Power Boat Association sanctioned inboard power boat races. Multiple classes of hydroplanes from 1.0 liter to big-block engines; Jersey Speed Skiffs; Super-Stock and Pro Stock "flat bottoms". Ragin' on the River is the third and final leg of the "Maryland Cup" competition following Cambridge and Kent Narrows. Many boats come to race including some local Cecil and Harford County racers. Merchandise, food and beverage vendors. This is a non-profit event benefitting the Wate Witch Fire Company.
